This as many had a beautiful setting, with associates greeting you with smiles. The aroma of fresh coffee was relaxing. My purchase included two cups, one for my wife and one for me. A quiet setting with plenty of seats available as others scurry in for their injection of fresh cup of coffee. Quite music đś played in the background. out of all starbucks iâve been to, i havenât been as disappointed with this one. workers have a lack of social skills and basic decency, they act confused when they didnât hear your order correctly and make it a big deal when they have to correct it. they can barely look at you like your human, they donât greet nor have any good departing phrases. no âhappy holidaysâ âtake careâ or even a basic âhave a good day.â itâs cool if you hate your job, but to be a decent human being takes nothing.
I have been drinking Starbucks coffee since 2011, it was a very bad experience 6 months ago. she was the store manager, and I ordered a flat white. I had my old cup in my hand and asked her to give me flat white in that cup. She takes the cup in hand and calculates its price, I am surprised and say it is my cup which I bought earlier and it is old. I have been using it for more than 2 months. She won't listen to me at all, and behaves very badly with me, I also told her that I bought my star âď¸ 400 points from Carry Town and paid the rest, but she didn't believe me at all. which is very embarrassing for me. That lady canceled my order and asked me to leave, she wouldn't sell me a drink, I thought about my honor and came out and called Starbucks. Let me tell them the whole story, but today after more than 6 months they said they would call me back but they did not apologize. I did not expect behavior from a company like Starbucks đ˘
This place always impresses me on how they are the only Starbucks in Richmond that is consistently out of EVERYTHING. Itâs surprising considering that they only ever fill up their drinks like 3/4 of the way and get an attitude when you ask them to actually fill your drink. Why do I even go here?
There was hardly any Frappuccino in the cup. It seems like all whipped cream and the drink doesnât have a lot of flavor that I would expect. I guess I will have to drive to another location for a quality drink. Few sips and the drink is gone. Waste of money!
No matter what day or time you go to this location, the attitudes along with the ridiculously slow level of service - regardless of whether its at the counter or the drive thru- is obscene!!! you shouldn't have to be sitting in the drive thru or waiting inside for your order for 10-15 daggone minutes! If you have a choice DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
First starbucks I've ever been to that's cash only, and doesn't scan your points.

Everyone here has a very bad attitude accept for two people. I asked if they could make my frozen frapp more sweet and they caught an huge attitude after !! Faces frowned up immediately after, I will not be returning to this location and corporate will be called. Have a nice day
